UX researcher / UX designer to APSIS in Malmö

We?re looking for a passionate UX researcher / UX designer to join our Product Team. You will work with all our products within Email Marketing, Marketing Automation and Lead Management.

You have a strong understanding of the importance of knowing your users and have experience in using different UX methods to gain insight about the users journey, their needs and pain points in order to design great UX solutions. You are passionate about making great products that improve the lives of real people, the things you build will be used by all our 6000 customers.

You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team, including developers, testers, project managers, UX and will be working closely with the product owner. You need to be able to assist in the research process and setting scopes that puts the business values in line with the true user needs and goals. Your days will include different type of projects and concepts with a close relationship to our end users. You will meet customers, perform interviews, usability testing, hold focus group workshops and design interaction patterns and inspiring concepts that can be presented to the team and stakeholders.

You love to share your ideas with others and are comfortable receiving feedback. We work in an open- minded atmosphere and your suggestions will be welcome and valued.

Bonus skills:

- Experience of designing mockup in Sketch, Balsamic, Illustrator or similar.
- Presenting concepts and designing prototypes in Invision or similar.

Place of work:

This job is in Malmö, a friendly multicultural city and the urban hub of southern Sweden, with direct instant access to the Danish capital Copenhagen. Our office is located in the city center, very close to the main bus and train station. We offer help with relocation to Malmö on an individual basis.
