Virtualization System Engineers

The position

Cambio is the leading Scandinavian supplier of e-health solutions, and we are currently engaged in one of the largest IT projects within healthcare in Europe!

One part of this project is to start supporting a new virtualization platform for the electronic healthcare record (COSMIC client), VMWare Horizon. Cambio is about to establish a team with System Engineers to support our internal Cambio organization and external customers.

For this team we are looking for both experienced system engineers with great knowledge with virtualization architectures and services, as well as junior passionate system engineers who wants to grow in this area and eventually become experts and help Cambio on this fantastic journey.

Some of the responsibilities for you and your team would be:

- Setting up and configuring virtualization environments.

- Monitoring of performance and memory usage.

- Supporting development teams within Cambio with expert knowledge.

- Helping our organization with quality assurance where relevant.

- Handle external communication with our customers' IT department as well as with the platform vendors.

About you

Requirements 

- Experience with Virtualization architectures and services such as VMWare Horizon, Citrix or similar

- Good background and competence in Windows server, networking, storage and compute

- Experience with monitoring platforms and tools 

- Worked according to DevOps/DevSecOps principles 

- Experience in Agile way of working such as Kanban or Scrum

It's a bonus if you

- Good understanding of Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform

- Experience with IT-security (firewalls, certificates, encryption) 

- Ability to communicate in Swedish

Place of employment: Linköping/Stockholm

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
