Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our dynamic team to enhance our Digital Infrastructure & Operation unit with expert skills in Client Management, MS Azure, IT Security, and ServiceNow
What you will work on:
- Troubleshoot, update, and configure modern and traditionally managed clients (Windows 10, iOS/iPadOS, Android).
- Introduce and maintain modern MDM services (Intune/MS Endpoint Manager).
- Manage client environments through Active Directory, Group Policies, and Configuration Manager.
- Implement certificate management (802.1x), including SCEP/NDES and RADIUS (NPS).
- Handle Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) with SAML for federated solutions.
- Utilize various authentication methods (Mobile BankID, SITHS card, security boxes).
- Execute server migration from on-premises to Azure.
- Federate identities for SaaS services.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell within Azure Automation, Azure Function Apps, and Power Automate.
- Manage servers in Azure and facilitate remote access via Azure AD Application Proxy.
- Monitor Azure resources with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics and utilize Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Perform preventive security measures, including client and cloud environment hardening.
- Manage security incidents.
- Utilize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for O365, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Implement Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Apply expertise in Azure Enterprise App, Azure AppService, and AppProxy.
- Develop widgets and automate processes, such as order forms via REST APIs.
- Administer ServiceNow tables, workflows, and automation.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager (Windows 10/11, iOS/iPadOS, MacOS, ChromeOS, Android), including Autopilot, Apple School Manager, and Android Zero Touch.
- Proficiency in certificate management (802.1x), IdP/SP with SAML, and diverse authentication methods.
- Strong background in MS Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services) and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics.
- Advanced automation skills in PowerShell and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Expertise in security tools such as Microsoft Defender suite, Conditional Access, MFA.
- In-depth understanding of Azure Enterprise App, Azure AppService, and AppProxy.
- Good experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration (tables, widgets, workflows, automation).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Data Factory, and JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap).
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business).
- Strong documentation skills.
