Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Centralized Design team

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with a design team of approximately 40 digital designers, contributing to the creation of exceptional user experiences across customer channels and employee systems.
• Work closely within a cross-functional team to fulfill specific design tasks aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Play a key role in maintaining a cohesive and user-friendly design for customer channels and employee interfaces.
• Utilize usability testing and strategic design practices to enhance the overall user experience of digital platforms.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that design solutions are visually appealing, intuitive, and functional.
• Engage in a supportive culture of knowledge sharing, both contributing your expertise and learning from other talented team members.
• Embrace continuous learning and professional growth by collaborating with experienced consultants and colleagues.
