Job description:
Our department deliver Self Support Service to our customers all around the world. We do this both as online web access with support pages and as in device support application. Now we are looking for a highly motivated person who can take the role as Scrum Master / Project manager.

As Scrum Master you will help the InDevice support application team perform at their highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings and make sure the backlog is on good shape and ready for next sprint. You set up retrospectives, sprint reviews and help the team maintain their burndown chart.

As more becomes known about our application and about our users but also about changes in the market, we will need to changes in order to meet these requirements. You will be responsible to make sure our backlog fit these changes together with the product owner.
