PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly committed Project Manager with excellent communications skills to join our New Business department. In this key role, you will primarily manage the projects and initiatives within our video hosting group.
The video hosting group is responsible for Axis Video Hosting System (AVHS). AVHS is supporting the majority of all existing and new products that Axis is developing and is in the forefront of video security surveillance systems and continuously adds new innovative features and technology.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead and motivate the project teams towards successful goal completion Be a driving force in requirement management Actively look for solutions and drive decision making Ensure clear communication within- and outside the video hosting group Seek synergies and dependencies with other projects Work closely with the entire Axis organization, in Lund and globally Contribute to process improvements in the Project Office of New Business as well as in the Axis Project Manager Forum

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have an educational background in engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree in relevant subjects e.g. Computer Science or equivalent.
We believe that the right candidate has at least 7 years of documented experience from working as a Software Project Manager.
It is very important that you are used to work with a large number of internal, as well as external, stakeholders and have the ability to drive decisionmaking. You need to be able to run several simultaneous tasks and implement new ways of working when required. The ability to plan short term is as important as the ability to plan long term.
You have experience from taking part in bid teams towards external customers and take responsibility to produce project and product input to business proposals.
You have previous experience from working with agile development methods within software development; previous experience as Scrum Product Owner is considered a great merit.
It is extremely important with customer focus/understanding as we are partners with several international large security companies with high demands.
You are also required to have excellent Swedish and English oral/writing communication skills and the ability to work in and adapt to a changing environment.
