Designer

Are you our new designer to take the Espresso House brand to the next level? Are you a star within concepts and love to make them come to life? Are you curious at inhouse or already an inhouse designer? Are you longing for great coffee at work? Then maybe you are the designer we are looking for.

The role

The primary role of the Designer is to contribute with great design to create an even stronger brand. Espresso House is visable in many different countries and channels and your role plays an important part in making great design for all of them. You will be a part of creating campaigns both in print and digital as well as material for both important internal and external channels, create packaging, new concepts and animations. Our Designers play an important role at Espresso House, working closely with the whole Visual Design Team.  The position is a full time, permanent employment. You will report to Elvira Claesson, Head of Visual Design.

Who do we think you are?

• You have a relevant academic degree
• You have great experience working in similar roles, experience in retail is an advantage
• You have a strong eye for visual composition and attention to details
• You have a strong portfolio, preferably experience in both digital and print design
• You are creative and flexible
• You are effective and can meet deadlines
• You can give and receive constructive feedback
• You have an understanding of marketing, production, web design, identity, concept, packaging, animations etc
• You have very good experience from Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Acrobat
• You are goal-oriented with strong sense of ownership
• You are a self-motivated team player with ability to exceed in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment. Interest in trends around the world, especially within food and drinks.
• You speak fluent in local language and English, and any other languages within EH markets are valued.
