Data Analyst

Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable and reliable micromobility for everyone. Today we are the #1 e-scooter service in Europe, operating in 100+ cities with over 100 MILLION rides to date. It has been an amazing journey and we have no intention of stopping now! We’re now looking for a Data Analyst to our Commercial department and work closely with our CCO.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Data Analyst in our Rider Journey domain, you will be responsible for making sure Voi makes the best possible decisions by delivering actionable, data informed insights and recommendations to our commercial units and rider-facing products teams. You will take on a broad range of tasks, for example running AB tests, modelling business and product metrics and building data products enabling self-serve analytics. In this fast paced environment, you'll both drive your own projects and contribute to larger projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

- Build decision support tools using data, metrics and dashboards
- Guide commercial decisions and help product teams build the best products
- Solve business and product problems through data analysis
- Present your insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Extract, manipulate and visualize data to find and understand patterns
- Clean data to develop features and signals in a vast, unordered data set
- Help the organization learn from data by advising on performance indicators, tests and analytical methodologies
- Teach team members and lead the way for data driven ways of working

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK

- Business interest, insight and creativity for efficient problem-solving.
- Experience in translating challenging stakeholder needs into valuable analytical solutions
- Experience from data analytics in commercial domains (growth, marketing, pricing etc.)
- Strong data modelling and data visualization skills
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Great communication skills, both for collaborating and for sharing insights
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Business)
- Professional working proficiency in English, Swedish is not required
