Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with the product team at IT Traffic and Service to develop and manage proprietary systems for planning and traffic management.
• Play a key role in migrating and reconstructing the backend into a microservices architecture.
• Ensure the reliability and continuous operation of critical applications hosted on the Azure cloud solution.
• Work closely with end users to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and contribute to the team’s commitment to code sustainability.
• Participate in problem-solving activities, pair programming, and code review sessions.
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Microsoft DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective system integrations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technical decisions.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in system development, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field.
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Java and/or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions, encompassing IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS models.
• Skilled in designing and implementing integrations between systems.
• Ability to write comprehensive tests and ensure the quality of codebase.
• Excellent communication skills, both within the team and when interacting with end users.

Meritorious Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and exposure to other cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git pipelines, etc.
• Experience with Pair and Mob programming methodologies.
• Knowledge of Android native development, enhancing the team’s versatility.
