As a QA & Test Software Engineer at Swedbank in Stockholm, you will contribute to all areas: analyse, design, development, test and operate services delivered by the Digital Security Team. We work with digital channel security as well as security experience and awareness. We work agile and take full responsibility of our deliveries, starting from an idea which goes into development and operation. We work with modern technology such as the latest version of Java and Spring Boot. Your daily work will include developing test automation as well as manual testing (such as accessibility tests, end user tests and explorative testing), quality assurance work, data gathering and data analytics. You will work closely with the rest of the team, to challenge and learn from each other, but also with stakeholders and other teams to improve the QA & Test area within the bank.

What is needed in this role:

- You have a positive attitude and are a strong team-player helping others and taking initiatives to influence our future development

- You are curious and constantly want to develop in your professional role as well as a person

- You are analytical and have excellent communication and collaboration skills

- You take responsibility and are structured but can handle ad hoc initiatives and changed conditions

- You have a solid QA & Test background working in software development with good understanding of its processes, and have experience in agile way of working (test strategy, refine and break down requirements, large data sets, and handle tests on multiple platforms including various devices and browsers)

- You have good knowledge in automation testing tools like Cypress and Appium, and have knowledge of accessibility testing on mobile and browser

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or any other relevant discipline

- Having ISTQB certification is considered as a big advantage

- Previous experience of testing APIs with Swagger or any other similar tools is meriting

- It is an advantage if you have experience or great interest in security domain

- We have a broad technological stack that we use every day, so proven experience with any of the following is an advantage:

- Backend: Java, REST, Spring framework
- Frontend: Angular
- Mobile applications: Kotlin, Swift
- Database: Oracle, SQL
- Other: Adobe Analytics, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes
