We are now looking for an Enterprise Architect to provide recommendations to senior executives on directional steer for future offerings for personal customers and digital channel solutions realizing Nordea’s Digital Strategy where we aim to exploit leading edge digital innovations to make your bank more personal, convenient, relevant, and proactive.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Personal Banking and One Digital Architecture team. We add value by architecting next generation digital customer experiences and product & service offerings for personal customers. As the Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a valuable role in defining what must be standardized and common across our change portfolio to enable initiatives to meet customer and business demands in an optimal way, and governing alignment of change execution to business and architecture strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
* Interact with senior executives, change leaders and fellow architects to clarify the problems to be solved
* Draw on existing architectures and technology standards to determine feasible options
* Drive strategic architecture decisions which impact economy of scale and interoperability
* Interact with solution architects to ensure the architecture is realized
* Interact with the wider architecture community to facilitate learning and maturation

You’ll join a dynamic and experienced international team. The role is based either in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Gdynia/Gdansk.

Your experience and background:
* Driving enterprise architecture designs in banking or similar industries
* Driving alignment and resolving conflicts across business areas, change execution, and technology
* Contributing constructive feedback to fellow architecture community members and contributing to the maturation of the architecture practice
