A unique opportunity

We’ve recently closed an early pre-seed round, and are now looking to expand our product team with an enthusiastic front-end developer with focus on UI & UX. By joining pembio you will play a crucial role in building a world-class product that will be used by thousands of individuals and teams across the globe.

As an early team member, you’ll have a very strong opportunity at growing quickly and taking a key role in our journey moving forward. We see this role as a strong candidate to be followed as the Head of Product/Product owner, and you’ll have a strong voice inside the company and have the ability to influence direction and decisions based on our core mission.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a full-time coding designer, or a designing coder, with the desire of building a world-class product in the productivity space. We look specifically for people who got that extra attention to detail, and really sweat the small stuff in order to build something that really stands out.

What you will be doing

• Design and build a user-friendly and visually attractive web app.
• Work with front-end application architecture, design, feature development, and testing.
• Take ownership and develop new features and integrations
• Work close to our sales/market team to understand what features needs to be implemented, and then bring these features to life together with the product team.

What you should have

• Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS, HTML and javascript.
• Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff.
• Previous experience of version management and development environments.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
• Fluency in English
