What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge in crafting our platform and tools for business psychology product development.
• Dive into the latest tech for measuring, predicting, and enhancing professional competence.
• Be part of the entire process, from idea to implementation.

Tech Landscape:

Our brand-new platform is cloud-based and currently stacked with PHP 8 (Laravel), MySQL, Javascript, R, and HTML/CSS. And yes, we're always adding more functionality.

Your Role:

• Drive platform development based on our needs.
• Help choose the right tech solutions for smooth functionality.
• Play a role in internal business development.
• Take ownership of platform operation and maintenance.

What You Bring:

• Relevant education or full-stack experience.
• Cloud solution know-how.
• Strong skills in PHP 8, Composer, HTML/CSS, SQL/noSQL databases.
• MVC framework experience.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript (Vue.js, Angular).
• Clear UI development using HTML and CSS.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Laravel familiarity.
• AWS experience.
• DevOps and CI/CD pipeline exposure.
• Data visualization and machine learning experience.
• Interest in data analysis, statistics, or psychometrics.
