Are you a skilled Full Stack Sitecore Developer with a passion for the automotive and mobility industry? Join the eCom & Martech team within Lynk & Co as Sitecore expert.

The eCom & Martech team develops and maintains the customer experience touchpoints for Lynk & Co. These include the website, and CRM channels like mail and our in-car messaging application. The key objective is to grow conversion, sales and improve the service experience for our private customers. As Lynk & Co sells its mobility products only online, the e-Com & Martech teams and it members directly contribute to the brands’ success.

What you'll do

- Take part in discovery to define new solutions, make sure they meet the quality levels for a smooth development process

- Take ownership of assigned Sitecore back-end and React tasks and make them ready for testing

- Ensure code quality by reviewing work from others, perform unit testing, and assist in troubleshooting and bug fixing

- Document and share architectural designs and requirement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX designers, Business Analysts and other product teams in our ecosystem on solutions design and management of development dependencies

- Actively share your Sitecore and other knowledge with the product teams, to contribute to the shared learning spirit.

What you should have

- Minimum of three years of experience in Sitecore development, including Sitecore CMS and customization of modules and components, Sitecore 9.x certification is preferred

- Strong proficiency in React for building modern and responsive front-end interfaces

- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment management

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

- Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET

- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high standards of quality
