Most people suffer from mental health problems at some point in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision to enable a world with better mental health. Since then, we have helped tens of thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 250 accredited psychologists working for us. Today, Mindler conducts more clinical sessions per day than are the total sample size in most clinical studies in psychology.

You will be a key part of building a fulcrum that makes use of that data to move the field of mental healthcare forward on a global scale.

The role:

As a Data Analyst you will be part of our Stockholm-based analytics team. You will be responsible for interpreting and delivering well curated data, visualizations and actionable insights and turn it into information which will offer ways to improve business and guide decision making. You will work closely with stakeholders and support the rest of the company in essential analyses for business and clinical purposes.

What would you be working with?

Delivering decision support to the rest of the organization in the form of data and insights. This means answering questions both regarding how something looks, but also why something looks as it does.

Provide colleagues in other departments with data, reports and dashboards for operational and strategic purposes.

Quality check colleague’s analytics work.

Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, visualize data to find and understand patterns that could be valuable for Mindler in any way.

Present data and insights to different teams/departments/management including facilitating and participating in meetings where insights turns into operational actions.

Together with the rest of the analytics team maintain and develop the data pipeline to enable analytics.

Support the rest of the organization in evaluation of features and initiatives through KPIs.

Lead the way for data driven ways of working.

Support the Analytics Manager to ensure compliant data processing and controlling.

Who are you?

3+ years of professional experience working with the field.

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or another equivalent field.

Strong presentation skills - create and communicate insights.

Proficient in SQL.

Experience from building visualizations and dashboards in Looker Studio or similar.

The ability to contextualize problem solving.

Excellent working proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.

It is a plus if you have:

Experience working with GCP and BigQuery.

Experience in GitHub.

Experience with Python.

Experience in working with business data.

Experience in data pipelining.

It’s a plus if you have worked within the health-tech area.
