Together we build sophisticated and compelling web applications for big and exciting clients, help develop digital products for new and promising start-up companies, and at times even pitch our inhouse-bred product ideas in front of investors! Here is where you enter the picture
As Web Developer you will join our friendly tech organization consisting of developers, designers, and product managers among others. And more specifically, the Growth team that is a cross-functional combination of marketers, web developers and designers who help businesses maximize their growth potential. We help our clients sustainably grow the company's user base, customer engagement and revenue. By employing data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and iterative optimisation, our team identifies opportunities to enhance key metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, gross sales and more.

We work closely with different stakeholders and projects and you will play a key role in facilitating good communication and client relations.

The role
- Work closely with Growths team’s clients and customer
- Be the driving force that ensures that clients incorporate best practices within your field of expertise
- Manage communication of knowledge regarding bugs and change requests
- Assist with backlog prioritization
- You will have a key role in our Growth team and be the team tech lead in projects for small/mid sized E-commerce startups as well as for larger companies and organizations.
- Proactively provide input on recommended changes based on user experience and/or product health
- Contribute with continuous suggestions for what will help reaching our clients KPIs

We are looking for you who
- Have a proven background within Web Development
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken in English & Swedish
- Strongly motivated by building long lasting client relationships
- Stay up to date with and understand industry trends so that we can anticipate and plan for future needs by bringing proactive improvements and solutions to relevant roadmaps
- Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Enjoy working with stakeholders, other colleagues but also work independently and drive your own backlog

Terms of Employment
Employment is full time. This is a temporary employment where you will be replacing our colleague that will be on maternity leave. However, since we are rapidly growing, we are fairly certain that you can stay in permanent employment after the temp period goes out if you want to! Start sometime in November(date is negotiable), length of temp is 1 year.
