Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Assist the team in maintaining focus on creating valuable products aligned with SDLC.
• Coach team members and the Product Owner in self-management, cross-functionality, and technical aspects like programming, testing, and architecture.
• Facilitate the application and improvement of agile practices within the team.
• Adapt leadership style based on team needs, either through delegation or a coaching approach.
• Provide support to the team in problem-solving, priority balancing, and clarifying trade-offs.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the development team and deliver high-quality software solutions.

What you bring:

• Possess formal education in the field of software development.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead and/or Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Relevant technical and programming expertise within a serverless environment using AWS or Azure.
• Experience in developing and scaling eCommerce tech platforms in cross-functional digital product teams.
