Business Analyst to Sanction screening team

Analyse and improve Swedbank’s Sanction monitoring systems

Steer the business requirements from specifications to final product

- Work independently to troubleshoot different sanction systems

- Work alongside the Agile Product Owner (APO) and relevant stakeholders, to break down investment opportunities into features and user stories

Collaborate with other team members in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working

What is needed in this role:
- Experience within data analysis report creation
- Previous knowledge or work experience with SQL. Knowledge of XML is appreciated
- Experience in breaking down requirements and supporting development of products
- To be a team player as the job requires, working closely with several teams and stakeholders
- Great communicator and confident in taking a leadership role
- Knowledge from areas such as Sanctions, Risk, Compliance or any other relevant area is an advantage
- It is an advantage if you have worked as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner or similar and/or in an agile team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- Fluent in English
