Scrum master

Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master for AML ART Agile Team to our customer in Stockholm.

Your tasks will include:
- Support effective Backlog management
- Support release management and synchronization
- Facilitate and support in features preparation
- Understanding, practicing and leading by example agile ways of working methods and principles
- Facilitating beneficial Team events (Scrum, Kanban, workshops) when needed or requested
- Coaching in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Supports in removing any kind of obstacles

Qualifications
- You have extensive knowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks and Kanban.
- You have good understanding of the business domain.
- You have very good understanding of software development (incl. maintenance).
- You have extensive experience in agile ways of working.
- You are able to coach the APO in techniques for effective Backlog management and discovery work.
- You are excel in communication both towards the agile team and the stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written.

Personal qualities
To succeed in the role of Scrum Master you have a understanding product planning in an empirical environment. You are able to coach the agile team in self-organization and cross-functionality. You are able to facilitate agile events as requested or needed.
Further more you are able to identify and remove impediments to the agile team’s progress.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. Our client has a hybride working model that offers you to work remote 2 days per week.The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-06-30, with possible extension.
