Embedded Developer with experience of Python

Responsibilities:

As a Test Automation Engineer at Akkodis, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our customers software products. Your responsibilities will include:

Learn, Build, Enhance, and Maintain Test Automation Framework: Develop and improve our test automation framework to support efficient and effective testing of our software products.

Assist in System, Integration, Performance, and Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform various types of testing on new and amended systems.

Participate in Test Driven Development: Contribute to our development process by delivering cutting-edge testing tools and techniques.

Integrate Test Automation with CI/CD Machinery: Streamline our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests.

Provide Guidance and Support: Share your expertise with colleagues and guide them on best practices in the field of test automation.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Good knowledge of software architecture and software development lifecycle (SWDL) principles.
• Proficiency in software development and testing production software.
• Experience in Python is a must.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages for test scripting and automation.
• Experience with Docker
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• A collaborative and influential mindset with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have:

Basic understanding of GitLab

Experience of Selenium
