About the role:
For our development team in Stockholm, we are currently seeking a Senior Lead Frontend Developer. At TSS, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the entire process, from participating in requirement discussions with clients to development, Azure deployment, and final product delivery.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multifaceted team comprising both Frontend and Backend developers, as well as QA and DevOps engineers. Together, you will facilitate code reviews and conduct testing to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond development as you will take charge of aligning developers and crafting architectural patterns.
What you will do:
- Write understandable and testable code.
- Collaborate in a dynamic product-driven environment.
- Work in an agile environment and plan your work together with your co-workers.
- Work in a structured way with development (code review and testing).
- Influence, come up with ideas, and take initiative.
- Implement front-end architectural improvements, establishing design patterns and/or design standards.
- Guide the development teams in best practices in frontend.
Who you are:
- You have a degree in Software engineering or similar.
- 5 years' experience working in React.
- Interested/experience working in Jira (or another project management tool).
- You have good communication skills and are a great team player.
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
- It is a merit to have an interest/experience in UX design and has previously led development teams.
