About the opportunity As a Product Specialist/IT Planner within Integration Service Centre, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining the lifecycle management for all products within your area. You will also be responsible for maintaining and follow up the tactical plan for the whole LCM group. Together with the rest of the LCM Team you will further develop the integration platforms at IKEA by enhancing or adding functionality in order to fulfill business needs. You are also responsible for follow up costs related to your product e.g. license cost, maintenance cost and production cost. The current product that we are using for this purpose is Oracle Enterprise Repository.

The product area that you will manage will support the following aspects:
-Integration Lifecycle Management
-Integration End-to-End traceability
-Integration visibility
-Comprehensive, extensible integration metadata

Is this the right challenge for you? To be successful in this role you have to have:
-You have at least 5 years work experience from building and manage complex IT systems.
-You have at least 3 years experience from working with System Integration.
-You must have good practical experience in using Oracle technology with focus on the database.
-You are structured and have good communication and pedagogic skills.
-You have a deep understanding for how to make a difference for our users and a deep understanding and belief in the values of the IKEA culture.
-The job gives you good possibilities to learn the IKEA IT organization and to develop your competence about IKEA.

You need to have the ability to identify, clearly describe and propose improvements. As a person you are a service minded and creative problem solver with the ability to co-operate with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels as well with external vendors. You are a good communicator and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
