This will be us - your new colleagues within Core Platform Area (CPA) Software & Diagnostics

Core Platform Area (CPA) Software & Diagnostics is a function within Technology. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives supporting embedded software handling in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into digital products. 

Together with our digital talents, we work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the TD/BAs and Group Functions. 

We collaborate with other parts of the organization, both in Group Digital & IT, with TD/BAs and Group Functions. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. We are team players with clear common ambitions, and we win together.

You will be part of an engaged team in an international and multicultural environment and within a department developing our future IT solutions in the Embedded SW area.

Great! We are now searching for a DevSecOps Engineer, within the Embedded SW domain.

So who are you?

- You much rather spend endless time on various online forums to find technical solutions, than simply buying a finalized product.

- SW-development is a passion of yours.

- You have experience in setting up Azure DevOps-pipelines and feel comfortable in working in a container-based micro-service environment.

- You have a customer driven mindset and come up with new ideas to support the business by testing and learning.

Skills wanted:

If you have previous experience of embedded software development within automotive, it will most likely come in handy. But the requirement is that you at least once have seen a Volvo Truck.

If you want to be a bit more attractive for the position, the following wanted skills would be preferrable:
