The Role
As a part of the Master Data Management team, you will be in the middle of everything that happens within Strawberry and work with stakeholders in both business and tech. The main purpose is to participate in different projects with the responsibility to, together with the team, design and develop solid, reusable, and cost-effective solutions for the company. The role is critical to business operations, business analytics, and application development, and to maintain good data quality, efficiency, and governance.

In short, you will:
- Actively monitor, change, oversee, and support Strawberry in maintaining the best possible tech landscape.
- Actively take part in dialogues and projects that can improve Strawberry processes and results.
- Escalate business critical issues.
- Coordinate between teams for projects with dependencies.
- Maintain working structure and ways of working together with the team.
- Manage work- & Project planning according to current prioritizations.
- Ensure enterprise architecture & solution documentation is updated (together with Enterprise Architects).
- Actively participate in the solution review board meetings.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to design solutions and integrations at conceptual, logical, and physical levels, as well as to drive and govern critical stakeholder management processes. Furthermore, you should have:
- Ability to design and develop data structures- and models from business requirements.
- Knowledge of Java development React, Databases (SQL), & Master data management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to understand business processes.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Structured, with good people skills and the ability to solve problems.
- Knowledge of Tibco EBX is a big advantage
