Fullstack Engineer - Experimentation

We are now looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help us take our Experimentation Platform to the next level! A person with a passion for data-led experimentation who will own the technical integration across our full stack.

You can expect to:

Work with end-to-end development of our experimentation platform and related data jobs.

Own the integration of experimentation tooling into the tech stack and define technical best practices and integration guidelines for SDKs.

Work closely with the Experimentation Lead to drive the vision and strategy of implementation beyond what we have in place today.

Work closely with Product Management, Analytics and Data Engineering to understand the user needs around experimentation and continually improve our testing and analytics functionalities.

Work to standardize and automate experimentation workflows in order to lower the barriers and costs to testing.

We believe that to succeed in this role, you probably bring the following :

Experience in data-driven decision making and with applications where results are measured by metrics and driven from insights.

Proficient in programming languages such as React/Redux, Python/Django, Kotlin or similar.

Experience with backend architecture and database structures.

Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP ecosystem.

A few years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a product company.

Ability to collaborate and communicate in diverse teams.

It would also be music to our ears if...

You have experience designing, running, and analyzing the results of A/B tests and multivariate tests.

You have familiarity with experimentation methodologies and statistical techniques.

You have a solid mathematical or statistical background.

You enjoy working in a friendly and inclusive environment.

You are into music in general (either as an artist or fan/listener).
