About the Job

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our Sales Solutions team, working closely with colleagues in various countries to equip them with powerful IT tools for their sales activities.

Our team thrives on versatility, embracing a full-stack mentality that welcomes diverse technologies. With a strong focus on backend development, we seamlessly bridge the gap to the frontend, ensuring our applications are user-friendly and cutting-edge.

In this multifaceted role, you'll be immersed in every facet of agile software development, from conceptualization and coding to deployment. Designing, deploying, and managing microservices using Docker and Kubernetes will be second nature.

You'll also be involved in dissecting high-level business and technical requirements into actionable insights. Collaboration is at our core, as you'll engage with multiple Scrum teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Experts, and also our end-users.

Your mission? To understand both technical and consumer needs and translate them into innovative solutions.

About You

We're seeking someone who thrives in collaboration, who is curious, into sharing knowledge and open to new ideas and opinions. You're confident enough to articulate your expertise logically and you're passionate about crafting efficient code and possess the ability to dissect complex problems into manageable components.

Our ideal candidate not only thrives on the intricacies of coding but also excels in breaking down needs and structuring testable code, all while upholding the highest quality standards. You're not just a team player; you're a team enhancer. You approach challenges with an open mind, remain humble, and are committed to achieving your goals.

You have a couple of years of experience as a Software Developer and an attitude towards working full stack with both backend and frontend technologies. You're fluent in English, both written and spoken, as you'll collaborate with international teams. Ideally, you've dabbled in technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, MySQL, Java, Spring boot, Angular, and tablet applications.

But most importantly, you're driven by a thirst for knowledge. You're not just along for the ride; you take the lead in your own learning journey. Supported by our team, you'll embody our values of knowledge sharing and team collaboration, contributing to our shared success.
