We’re now looking for a UX designer to join our Customer lifecycle management tribe.

The customer lifecycle management tribe is dedicated to managing the customer lifecycle smoothly and efficiently for both customers and employees across the SEB Group. We prioritize regulatory compliance and customer relevance in our interactions. Through digital processes, we use automatic flow, accessible data, and visualizations to simplify operations, ensure accuracy, and provide clear oversight and control. From onboarding to reviews and offboarding, we handle the entire process to make it seamless for everyone involved.


What you will be doing

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs

• Create user-centric design concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and IT Solution Delivery Teams.

• Work within an agile environment, actively participating in sprints and design reviews.

• Stay updated with industry trends and champion the importance of UX design.


Who we are looking for

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer

• Ability to lead yourself and others throughout the whole design process.

• Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design

• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate findings in your design

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.

• Excellent communication skills to present design concepts effectively

• Passion for staying updated with UX trends


Bonus points for:

• Financial industry experience is a plus.

• Technical skills

• Legal stuff like AML & KYC
