As ESW App Engineer in Diagnostic Platform Engineering, you will be involved in development and maintenance of diagnostic service-based systems and tools supporting AB Volvo Aftermarket needs. Your responsibility is to secure the quality of our solutions through automation tests maximizing the value delivered to stakeholders. All work is done in agile teams in iterative collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and UX specialist.
Your focus will be to:
• Secure the quality of our solutions through automation tests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define the best way of securing the quality.
• Work together with other testers within the team to optimize and support each other towards best practices within quality area.
We are looking for you with experience from:
• Student or graduating as Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Preferably Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering or Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or Computer Science.
• Good programming skills, e.g. Python.
• Good knowledge in test automation techniques.
• Knowledge about agile SW development way of working including continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, DevOps.
• Basic knowledge in Electronics and embedded SW development.
• Basic knowledge in equipment for electronics System testing e.g. CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.
• Excellent language skills in English.
The position is temporary for 6 months.
