JOB DESCRIPTION

As application Manager in our Credits Management Risk area you will join a team managing credits, compliance, and collaterals. Your team consists of Product Managers, Product Specialists, System Architect and other developers that contribute throughout the system development chain from requirements analysis to design, implementation and quality assurance.

Your home office will be in Stockholm at Rådmansgatan and the position is a permanent and full-time position following a hybrid work model. We have an open and flexible working culture built on mutual trust.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for developing new technical solutions in line with product requirements and overall system requirements.
•  Support development projects by participating in decision-making and guiding developers with specifications.
• Be responsible for the management and operation of applications and initiate and pursue technical improvements in consultation with the System Architect.
• Close collaboration internally with team members and externally in dialogue with customers.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a person who is proactive, analytical and logical, and who possesses excellent communication skills. You have good social skills and create good conditions both within your team and with customers with a strong focus on both quality and follow-up on goals. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish. Additionally you are solution oriented and doer

Your tech stack consists of:

• Working knowledge at a higher level in the Java programming language and ability to create solutions based on requirement specifications.
• Knowledge of programming language RPG
• Experience with Spring Boot, Gradle, Oracle/SQL, Junit, automated testing, Jenkins/continuous integration, security, Web Services (SOAP/REST), AWS cloud watch, Linux/Bash, Splunk/EKS stack and OP5/cloud watch/elastic cloud is preferred.
• Experience with JBoss and Fargate.
• Experience within banking systems, more specifically with credit and loan systems is preferred but does not exclude long-term experience with other business systems and services.
• Knowledge in Credits, Compliance and Collaterals within banking
• Competence in Basel IV and/or earlier frameworks
