We are looking for you who have 4-5 years’ development experience. You might have been working in Telecom, Retail, or Finance and been involved in transformation projects, where you have worked with .Net, micro-services, spring framework and worked in agile teams or maybe within SAFE. Working in transaction-based systems, role-based applications, or maybe developed event-driven architecture. Whatever your background within Java development, don’t worry we are happy to learn from you, our platforms are your playground.

You will be part of a consultant team of 6-8 people with a Consultant Manager who will be your closest contact person, from your team you will receive support and development in every project you take. And at FATO once a month you meet your team to share knowledge, obstacles, and a lot of laughter.

You are offered personal development, time, and budget for further training in relevant tools / technology just for you. Forums run by colleagues with high competence in Java, Leadership, and QA / testing (and if you want to share, you can take the stage and inspire, literally take the stage)
