Part of our exciting journey ahead, we're seeking an Experienced Cloud Software Engineer to reinforce the team and be at the forefront of a cloud native journey! We do this by adopting the latest technologies, along with using and enhancing open source technologies and following principles of cloud native architectures. Our ways of working are based on agile principles, where Continuous Integration and Automation are corner stones in our development methodology. You will be part of a development organization that delivers software and support Ericsson on a global level where you will interact with colleagues across the world.

What you will do

In this role, you will engage and be part of a team that develop and maintain microservices that supports Ericsson products on a global scale. You'll be responsible for and drive the quality work, including improvements and test coverage, all in close collaboration with the Product Owner. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with: requirement studies, planning, implementation, verification and support.

You will bring

Your personal qualities are important for us, and we believe you are curious, innovative and adapt quickly to change. We are looking for people with passion and experience in software development, as well as cloud native architectures and its tools, such as: Kubernetes, helm and docker. Since, we believe you have some years of experience, you know how it is to work in teams, and have a positive and inspiring approach in your everyday work, along with using your creativity to find new ideas and solutions.

We believe you have:

• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good knowledge and experience within GO, Java and/or Python
• Knowledge in Software development environment and tools such as: Eclipse, Git, Gerrit, Maven and Jenkins
• Knowledge in M2M communication such as REST and Web Services
• People leadership experience such as team leader and/or scrum master are considered a merit
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
