UX Writer

Job description
As our only UX Writer you will work together with five development teams and a UX team. Together, you will create new and improved features for our software product. This position is a short-term employment for at least 8 months.

Core Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will be to advocate for the user and what microcopy they may need to be able to use the features we produce.

You will also:
Produce and edit microcopy e.g. help texts, error messages, status messages and various dialogs
Create basic user journeys to set up your microcopy
Customize and manage our microcopy and translations tool
Create new feature names through research and stakeholder discussions
Manage our content style guide and inform development about updates/important sections

Your Profile
We believe you are self-driven, motivated, and structured. You enjoy working with in teams in a changeable environment, following our software deliveries. To be successful in the role, you need to understand and be able to explain software products from a technical perspective.

You also have:
Basic knowledge of HTML tags
Experience translating developer information to short and understandable information to our users
A portfolio that showcases your previous UX writing projects
You keep up with latest UX design and UX writing/content design news
Great communication skills in Swedish and fluent in English, written and verbal
