Product Manager Integrations

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into customer-oriented, digital contracts that feel like magic.

Who you are

You're a product person who loves building and improving products using previous experience, customer feedback and user insights. We do not expect you to be hands-on technically, however, you should have a solid grasp of technical concepts to be able to explain and discuss technical aspects on a high level with other stakeholders and partners.

You will be working with our Product Development team and collaborate closely with our partners, sales and customer success team. Based on the integration roadmap, you would own the new integration/new features across the whole lifecycle, through specification & development to adoption and will be focusing on leading the team in designing, building new integrations and maintaining our existing integrations.

You would be expected to develop expertise of our Public APIs so that you not only work with our development team for building integrations but also helping our partners who are building integrations from their system to Oneflow

You’ll manage some of our external integration products and applications, such as our product in Hubspot, Upsales, Zapier or Pipedrive (and many more!). Also, the parts of our own platform that deal with integrations, both for customers and partners, such as our open API or other integration components.

Skills and experience

• A proven background in product management within an agile environment
• Experience building or using integrations across multiple industries and platforms
• Passion for developing innovative products with a startup mindset and good understanding of APIs and other integration concepts
• Experience authoring product documentation and presentations.
• Great communicator and storyteller in English, both written and spoken

If you have interest in these areas, you'll love working with us:

• Previous development experience (any technologies)
• Experience using CRMs (e.g. Salesforce/ Dynamics, etc.) or ERPs (e.g. SAP Ariba/ Zycus etc.) or similar from previous roles
• A good eye for UX and design
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
