WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our recruitment process focuses as much on personality/culture fit as it does on merit. That said, we know that you will have a better chance at succeeding in this role if you have the following experience:

• BSc (or Higher) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL tools and databases
• Hands-on experience in data modeling
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Knowi, Tableau, PowerBI or similar.
• Solid knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Fluency in written and spoken English

If you also have any of the experiences below, don’t forget to mention them, because you will get bonus points:

• Experience with tools such as Elasticsearch, LogStash or equivalent
• Experience with Data warehouses or Data lakes.
• Familiarity with general purpose programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN, Hg, etc.)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Perl or PowerShell
• Familiarity with CI/CD and/or DevOps concepts
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, etc.)
• Experience in working within an industrial organization

We will consider junior, mid-level and senior applicants for this role. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything already, but rather a person who is willing to learn and grow with us to be a key member of the team. You will get to work both independently and in close collaboration with the rest of the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Engineering is the place within Exeger where we design machines and solutions, developing the entire Exeger production line. Focusing on innovative engineering solutions for high-performance projects, and provide technical expertise through design, manufacturing, and operations.

You will join the growing Software and Systems Engineering (SSE) team within the Engineering department, shaping the future software and analysis platforms for the development and production of the unique Exeger material.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Software and Systems team to help with the ever increasing demand for data, insights and analysis. The role involves:

• Maintaining and developing the architecture of data
• Working with visualization tools to bring value out of the data we generate
• Owning, building and maintaining dashboards, version-controlled tools and reports
• Designing data pipelines in cooperation with our software engineering team, when needed
• Developing as a professional being part of a team of seasoned developers
• Finding creative solutions to unique challenges
• Bringing your vision and ideas to the table
