Intelligent Transport Systems is a section of five Scania Research & Development groups. We are contributing to Autonomous Transport Solutions by providing cloud-based systems (AWS) for automated, optimized, and safe vehicle control and monitoring.

Our team is looking for a new co-worker (that is you!!). Our team is pretty new so you will have the opportunity to shape our way of working. As a Test Developer, you will:

• Develop test plans and test cases for simulation test scenarios (for offboard teams) and identify potential areas of improvement
• Analyze information and write detailed test reports for each test completed
• Report issues
• Collaborate with the offboard and onboard teams to continually improve simulation test cases and simulation test results
• Collaborate with all offboard, Product Owner, and development teams (cross-functional team collaboration)

 Your Skills:

• Experience with test engineering, Linux and programming (Python), docker (test software with virtual environments), Gitlab and Bash
• Have problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically
• Have a good level of attention to details
• Experience in writing technical reports and documents
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
• Have good troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
• Good experience in UI Test automation
