Collaborating with cross-functional teams to make sure the right needs are gathered and validated.

Ideate design solutions, and create user journey mappings with the rest of the design team.

Actively participating in an early, two-way feedback exchange on the collective work with your colleagues.

Deliver solutions and pitches to the agreed-upon fidelity to development teams, while maintaining a close dialogue during the implementation to ensure the right compromises and opportunities are addressed.

About you
If you have the curiosity, and a passion for transforming complex Product challenges into user-friendly solutions, our team is where your joy awaits.

We believe in bridging the gap between design and code even further, which is why we're seeking a Product Designer who possesses an understanding of modern software development processes and a general understanding of SaaS architecture.

You don't need to be an aesthetic expert because our design system, and team colleagues, have that covered. However, if you bring a touch of creative flair, it's a welcome bonus.

We believe you might have:

A bachelor's degree or higher in design and/or engineering.
Previous experience in design or software development with an interest in Product and UX Design.
An analytical and problem-solving approach to design thinking.
A strong understanding of various UX frameworks and the ability to apply them effectively.
The capability to deliver digital sketches and a portfolio showcasing your work.
Experience working with Agile processes.
Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma and/or Sketch.
An understanding of various testing frameworks and the ability to discuss and apply them.
