Proposition Management Associate

About the role
We are growing our Proposition Management team which is responsible for making sure we have a strong product & services innovation pipeline which means they work with defining the new products and services. They are responsible for leading the projects to create and integrate these new products and services in our alarms (together with Technology project managers) as well as understand how these new products and services will evolve the positioning of our company, the offering (sales proposition), the sales process and the resulting economics.

In addition, the Proposition Manager works closely with the Proposition Domain Manager for the Digital domain (App products & services) and the rest of the Proposition Management Team in understanding the different digital service opportunities cross the portfolio, driving new digital services in our pipeline towards our development, design and market teams and understanding the performance and data of our products & services.

Among other things, the Proposition manager is responsible for:
 

-Identifying opportunities for new products & services, understanding their business purpose and fit for our company

-Driving and designing the new products & services, acting as Product Manager

-Supporting our markets in building a compelling proposition when including these products

-Monitoring engagement, commercial, operational and UX performance of our products after launch

-Acting as a glue between Verisure’s North platform (main office in Malmö, Sweden) and Verisure’s South platform (main office in Madrid, Spain)

The position will be based in Malmo (Sweden) with Pan European travel expected
 

We are looking for candidates with:
 

-2-5 years of experience of which some of them as Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Marketer

-University degree (BA, Economics, Engineering)

-Strong analytical skills, structured, detail oriented and capable of understanding the full picture.

-Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach and solid business sense (including basic financial knowledge)

-Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with teams in an international, multicultural setting

-Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides

-Very fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus: Spanish, Swedish, German, Italian, French)

-Experience launching new Digital Products & Services (if possible, from the scratch)

-Experience working with different department in a tech organization (UX/UI, POs, Architecture, Devs)

-Experience in international corporations.

-Additional complementary skills will be valued:

-Experience in market research and / or analysis of data

-Experience managing Projects management

-Programming knowledge (Java / JavaScript, PHP, SQL / NoSQL, Python, R etc.)
