In alignment with the growing targets and needs, we are currently on the lookout for a highly proficient Solution Architect to become a valued member of our team Platform in Gothenburg.

As a Solution Architect at Etraveli Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our software solutions. You will lead technical projects from inception to completion, leveraging your extensive experience as a Software Engineer and Architect. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting complex systems, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of distributed enterprise applications. Our technology stack primarily relies on Java for backend development, with supplementary services implemented in Python and C# .NET Core. We utilize React and Typescript for web UI development, and our deployment strategy encompasses both on-premises infrastructure and public cloud platforms. Additionally, we are actively increasing our utilization of Kubernetes (K8S) clusters for efficient application provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the architectural design of software solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project scopes and requirements.
• Mentor and guide software development teams, providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain system architecture documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Assess and mitigate technical risks by identifying potential issues early in the project.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks and tools that align with project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of combined experience as a Software Engineer and Architect
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from concept to completion, including project planning and team mentoring
• Strong system design skills, with the ability to create scalable and maintainable software architectures
• Experience in designing and implementing distributed enterprise applications
• Java background is a bonus but not mandatory; familiarity with multiple programming languages is advantageous
• Functional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Meritorious

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Having experience in high - load e-commerce environments
