About the Position

Sebratec is a consultancy looking for a talented UX Designer to join a dynamic team at one of our Partners. You will be dedicated to creating a seamless and intuitive digital machine fleet service, and you can be instrumental in delivering a stellar user experience for our partner. As a UX Designer at Sebratec, you'll be responsible for creating innovative, user-centered designs and providing precise assets and descriptions for our development team, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality.

Qualifications

Required:

• Substantial experience in UX design, with a focus on web and mobile interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma design tool and the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and wireframes for desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, with demonstrated experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to design reusable components, icons, and illustrations for different pages and platforms.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies, with the ability to implement them effectively.
• Experience with user testing, user research, and creating user flows and personas.
• Proficiency in design systems and maintaining style guides for design consistency.
• Familiarity with design accessibility principles to create inclusive and accessible interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to explain and motivate design decisions to stakeholders and clients.

Desired:

• Experience with fleet, machinery, or automotive systems is a bonus.
