The role
You will be working in an Agile development team that is characterized by innovation, dedication and great interest in technology. In this team you get the space that is needed to be able to create the very best services for Com Hem's customers.

As a web developer you take active part in Com Hem's efforts to build a sustainable and modern web platform. Com Hems guiding principle to software development is lean software development. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy an agile way of working. You must also practice quality awareness.

In this role your task is to, in cooperation with the rest of your team, develop and deliver functionality according to the requirements. You are also expected to test and review the team's deliveries, conceptually as well as the program code. You contribute with energy and knowledge and are ready to take and give feedback.

Experience
Your prior work history includes employments or consulting assignments in a few large web projects. In total you have more than 2 years of experience as a web developer. Most important is however that you are a really good programmer with passion for the web and new technology! If you do any programming at home in your spare time and have some projects of your own we consider that to be a bonus!

You should have experience and knowledge about the following technologies:
• Java 7/8
• Run or MVC
• Continuous delivery
• Test Driven Development
• Maven or Git

It is an advantage if you also have experience of:
• JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and Jquery
• HTML5, CSS3, LESS / SASS
• Test Framework and unit testing m.h.a. ex. Jasmine
• Content Management
• Grails, Ansible, Puppet

Personality
You are humble, communicative, love programming, problem solving and to exchange ideas with your team. Com Hem continuously invest in developing their employees and skills hence it’s important that you like to share knowledge and also listen to others. You contribute with dedication, inspiration, skills and are up to date on trends in the field of web development. In this role you will have great opportunities to influence and make decisions for Com Hem's platforms. Therefore it is important that you are a person who are responsible and solution-oriented.

If you don’t speak Swedish fluently it must be your ambition to be fluent in Swedish within a year since most oral communication at Com Hem is in Swedish.
