Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

Must-Have:

• Salesforce: Functional knowledge of Salesforce as and e-Commerce Cloud Platform.
• Tools: Experience with Azure-DevOps as an end to end Test, Defect management, Dashboard/reporting, Story-board, PBI/Epic/Feature/Story/Task-management tool.

Functional-Testing Skills:

• Responsible to document Test-Plan, Test Cases, Execution-Results in AzureDevOps.
• End-to-End Defect Management.
• Monitor Unit-Testing and coverage. Measure Functional and Automation Test Coverage.
• Conduct sanity-checks and smoke testing. Cross-Team collaboration on UAT with Business-user perspective.
• Thorough understanding of Test-Automation process and experience with at least one UI Test-Automation-Tool including CI/CD.

Soft-Skills:

• Experience with working in a Scrum-team following Agile-methodology.
• Active participation in Sprint-Planning, Refinement, Estimation of Testing efforts.
• Responsible for end-to-end quality of the change being delivered.
• Capability to learn and adapt to changing technology-landscape within the Organization.

Good to have:

• Test Automation skills: Building & Maintaining Selenium/Robot-framework based Tests.
• GIT-Branching.
• AzureDevOps CI/CD pipeline experience.
