Technical Lead | Digital Product Creation

The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Technical Lead. Someone to join our Digital Product Creation team to play a pivotal role on a Domain level in shaping the future on of our Digital Products. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.

Digital Product Creation provides Design, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering and Sustainability with Digital Capabilities. The teams work with COTS applications to in house developed applications and integrations. We strive to bring efficiency to the business processes and way of working cross these domains.

This position is located at Gothenburg (Lindholmen), Sweden. Currently we offer a hybrid split between working onsite and from home. This role demands you to be at least 50% onsite at the office and travel will be occasionally on demand. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.

The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to lead and mentor development teams, utilizing the NodeJS and React technology stack on the AWS cloud platform to deliver innovative and robust solutions. We are looking for a passionate leader who can drive technical excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on the development of our digital products deliverables. - Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of digital products, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Domain Architects, and the teams to define technical requirements, provide input on product architecture, and make informed technical decisions.

- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Contribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and coding standards.

- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate

In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

- Proven track record of performing in a similar role

- Previous experience with NodeJS and React technology stack on the AWS cloud platform

- Previous experience in leading and developing teams

- Preferable experience from working in the Automotive Industry with good understanding of car development processes.
