Product Owner for the Surface Simulators team

Are you standing with both feet on the ground but also striving high to retch your dreams? The department for Sensor Software is responsible for the development of software applications for signal and data processing units in our radar products. It is including system design, implementation, integration and verification. The Surface Simulators section developing simulator software specific for our ground radar.

Your role

The amount and the complexity of software is increasing fast in our products. We need to be smarter and faster in our problem solving and hope that you could be a part in our work forward.

In this role you will be a part of, and lead a cross functional team that organize its own work. The team is responsible for design, implementation and testing of simulator software. As a Product Owner you will have the influence, over among other things, backlog and roadmaps as well as maintain a continuous dialog with customers and clients about technical solutions and orders.

Your mainly tasks, together with your team, will be:

* Secure that the team has a confident and clear direction in their work
* Collaboration with colleges from other parts of the organization, such as system design, integration and verification, quality and product and project management
* Participation during team meetings such as sprint planning, scrum and retrospective

Your profile

We believe that you have a technical BSc, you think technical challenges with test and automation products is exciting, you like software development and would like to work together with others to reach a little bit longer than you would have by your own.

Relevant qualifications:

* You have had a leading position and operate the development in teams
* Experience of software development
* You work as good in teams as independently
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Knowledge of Linux

Meritorious is if you have an interest in:

* Agile ways of working
* Java
* Realtime systems
* Communication protocols such as TCP/IP, 1553, CORBA
* Signal processing
* Simulation software

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
