Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Chief Visualizer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop proof-of-concept and MVP visualization solutions using next-generation technology, workflows, and applications in collaboration with the team to expand knowledge, foster innovation, and provide critical business input for decision-making.
• Take responsibility for the output created by the Visualization team, including the delivery of CGI and animations for Marketing and in-house production, as well as VR and AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Heads of Creative Design and the Head of Viz to set future goals for the development of the Visualization area, considering hardware, software, and workflows.
• Scout and implement new technologies in the field of Visualization, staying abreast of advancements and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
• Provide hands-on coaching to the team for in-house CGI and animations, marketing materials, and VR experiences.
• Drive development initiatives within the Visualization area, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

What you bring:

• 20 years of experience in Visualization within the Automotive industry.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to lead in transformative environments.
• University degree in technology or equivalent.
• Well-documented experience in CGI production.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with VR and XR technologies.
