Integration Architect

The Integration Architect is responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications, such as ERP, CRM, HRM, and Payroll. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization.

About the position

- You will be critical in ensuring our customers are on-boarded successfully to our solutions connected to their other commercial software applications

Help build and define up an ecosystem of partners and “standard” integrations that integrate towards our data & on-boarding APIs (e.g. pre-integrated HR systems, Payroll systems, Data analysis services etc)

Work together with our product teams to make use of internal integration capabilities and drive adoption of integration solutions

Provide expert advice to product teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices

Work together with Head of Architecture and drive the integration target architecture. Internally and externally

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product & technology organization, sales departments, and customer organization

Take active part in Architecture chapter work

We have offices in Stockholm, Sarpsborg and Oslo and are open to fill this position with the right candidate from any of those sites.

- Strong technical understanding of concepts such as APIs, Distributed systems, Event sourcing, integrations with e.g. +5 years experience as a developer with some level of customer contact or Integration Architect.
- Proficiency in building scalable integration services​, preferably with systems as ERP and Payroll

Fluent with at least one OOP language as Java, Kotlin, C#

Experience working in cloud environments as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

Familiar with Integration Systems such as Apache Camel , Jboss Fuse, Mulesoft. WSO2, or Azure Logic Apps

Experience with the identity & access management and HR domain (HR master data, HR systems and Employee & Organizational data, Identity Providers) is a definite plus

Attention to detail and robustness/able to put in place stable and scalable integrations is key to ensure everything works smoothly

Strong analytic abilities and good communication skills​​ are success factors for this role
