Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Participate in the team’s sprint planning
• Talk to internal and external users to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and ways of working
• Iteratively create prototypes and wireframes for new functionality
• Develop interaction and design guidelines for the system
• Continually coordinate the work with the team to build shared knowledge
• Further on in the assignment, it may also include prototype work and front-end development

What you bring:

• Possibility to work on site at the customer’s premises in Stockholm three days a week
• College/university degree in software development where UX/UI design has been included, comprising at least 120 p/180 credits, alternatively university of applied sciences 400 YH points, where UX/UI design has been the main focus
• At least 5 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer
• At least 3 years of work experience working with user interviews and usability testing
• At least 3 years of work experience working with responsive web-based applications
• At least 2 years of work experience in the last 4 years working with accessibility for websites or applications according to WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.0
• At least 3 years of work experience implementing frontend in HTML, CSS and Javascript
• At least 3 years of work experience from work in the tool Axure
• Work experience in at least two projects/assignments from work on developing and implementing UX strategy for an organization/company with the aim of increasing the degree of maturity in the area
• Work experience from having been involved in developing at least one design system where i.a. library for styling and ready-made components included
• Work experience in the public sector
• Fluent in Swedish and English
