We are looking for senior software engineers to join our product teams in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job Summary:

As a software engineer in our product teams, you’ll work very closely with the other engineers in the team, analytics, product managers and design.

You can expect to be a driving force in the team’s business critical mission to build reliable and maintainable software for a diverse user base, run experiments and solve technical problems with quick feedback loops.

Responsibilities:

Build, support and evolve the effective and scalable system integrations and solutions for continuity.

Identify and perform technical- and product related delivery work to enable continuous launches and updates.

Perform discoveries and experiments related to wider and deeper technical and organizational efficiency.

Collaborate with technical stakeholders, researchers, data scientists in various teams.

You can expect a varied day-to-day and month-to-month where we all, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribute to company wide knowledge sharing, and enable other teams ability to contribute to our road map.

Requirements:

Thorough backend experience in Python (or any other general-purpose language).

Experience in designing database models and scalable server-side architecture.

Understanding of cloud-based web applications infra and deployment (GCP, Docker, CI/CD).

Interest in investigating, explaining, documenting and teaching as well as coding and quality assurance work.

Willingness to execute and own both big and small tasks.

Pragmatic mindset enough to enjoy improvement and automation when it makes sense.

Preferred Qualifications/ Bonus Skills:

An understanding of third party systems, integrations and processes.

Some frontend knowledge, or a desire to learn.
