As an Embedded Software Developer in our team, you are an essential contributor to our mission of establishing a world-class developer experience at TRATON. You are designing and implementing tools and frameworks for a connected development loop. The loop is aimed at enabling our engineers to validate and release ideas supporting the transition to a world of sustainable transportation to a rolling fleet within 24 hours of conception. You have an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on the industry. Most important is the willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to our products.

Your profile

You probably have experience working with developer enablement for cloud-based backend or embedded teams providing end-end solutions for making the daily work of managing code and executable software for other developers run as smooth as possible.

You are comfortable with delivering results through others and find pride and reward in knowing that your contribution comes from making others develop end-customer functionality faster.

• You hold a Master of Science degree (or higher) in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or possess corresponding work experience

• Embedded programming, meritorious previous experience with QNX and/or Autosar.

• Modern C++ programming

• Experience in CI/CD and Git

• Interest in developing cloud development skills

• Meritorious: Experience in working with cloud development, preferably AWS

• Above all you love programming and are not afraid to explore new concepts
