What is needed in this role:

- Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.

- Configure and maintain data integration between ServiceNow and other systems.

- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.

- Provide support and maintenance for the solutions they create.

- Knowledge with ServiceNow Platform as well as technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell and SQL.

- Knowledge in API integrations with other systems.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Experiences with working with end users/ team members to understand their needs, design and build solutions, and implement and test them.

- Experience with the development of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management, etc.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, mathematical, and analytical skills and are able to communicate effectively both orally and writing.

- Ability to work independently.

- Degree in IT or related field.

- Preferred to have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).

- +3 years’ experience working in ServiceNow Platform.

- UX (User Experience) skills preferable.

- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.

- Team-oriented, good communication skills.

- Strong ethics, moral and integrity.

- Strong motivation and encouragement to be part of our development in the customer journey.

- Be a true team player, eager to solve challenges and share knowledge with your team.

- Proactively give feedback on the services and deliveries.

- Self-structured/ Organized person.

- Fluent in English, write and speak.
