Our customer is looking for a UX-designer.

Backround:

The client's UX Design department is responsible for creating the best possible user experience including interfaces and interaction flows.

In this role you will collaborate with a scrum team to enhance in-car user experiences and work closely with other interaction and visual designers to prioritize tasks from a backlog. You will also ensure consistency in the user interface and effectively communicate and visualize designs and animations using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar. You will document solutions and confidently present design proposals during crits and design reviews. You will additionally provide assistance during usability tests to optimize the user experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Media, Arts or equivalent
- 2-8 years of documented experience with User Experience Design
- Excellent ux design skills and a passion for Digital UI Graphics and UX Design
- Experience writing UX guidelines and creating and using design systems
- Excellent skills in Figma,Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Flinto.Basic knowledge in 3D design (Blender, Maya or Cinema 4D)
- Understanding of the in-car user context
- Driver’s licence
- Proficiency in the English language

- Ability to think across the customer journey and different touch points
- Hands-on getting things done attitude and able to work in a structured way
- Good communication skills and ability to work in group
- Responsive to feedback and able to follow directions
